We ship across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, or India Post.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can monitor the status of your order.
Delivery timelines vary by location, typically between 3 to 8 business days.
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to events beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and resolve the issue promptly.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
If your package is lost in transit (and tracking reflects no updates), please notify us and we’ll coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and resolve it.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. In such cases, additional reshipping charges may apply.
